Ingredients:
Mug
Package of Instant Oatmeal (I used maple and brown sugar)
Flour + Baking Soda
Toffee
Egg yolks + Vanilla + Oil
Start by greasing your mug with cooking spray. Set aside.
Grab a bowl or mixing cup to mix things in.
Add the oatmeal packet, flour, and baking soda. Mix together.
Mix the egg yolk, vanilla, and oil together.
Mix together with the dry ingredients.
Add in the toffee bits and mix together.
Put batter into greased mug.
Microwave it for 1 min.
Done! Top with ice cream and toffee as desired. Enjoy!
