Fabric roses are really easy and fun to make.
Here is how to make them.
What you need:
Glue Gun
Something to put your glue gun on to protect your surface
Fabric
(Not pictured)Scissors
Plug in your glue gun. Then cut your fabric into a long strip.
At one end tie a knot.
Trim off a little fabric so it looks like the above picture.
Fold the stub of fabric over the knot and hold it with one hand.
While with your other hand twist the fabric.
Then roll the twisted fabric around the knot.
Until you have the size you want while leaving 3 inches of fabric on the end.
Apply a dot of glue to the side of the rose, and attach the end of the twisted fabric to it.
Put glue on the back, and fold over the rest of the fabric.
Add glue to the top. If you are using thick fabric you don’t have to do this.
And then fold over again.
Then using the scissors, trim the edges.
Then put glue on any loose areas.
Done.
